Our staff is committed to hold up the Little Learners, Big Dreams mission of providing children with a warm and educational environment. Our teachers #1 priority is your child’s health and well-being.
We employ the number of staff needed to meet and/or exceed ODJFS staff/child ratios for the center. Our staff will also be assigned regular hours to provide the children with a consistent environment with activities and curriculums that provide a holistic approach to child development.

Curriculum
While in our care, your child will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities aimed to promote all aspects of their development. The Creative Curriculum taught at our program is from Ohio’s Early Learning and Development Standards – Birth through Kindergarten Entry. These standards promote the understanding of early learning and development. The Creative Curriculum provides a comprehensive and coherent set of expectations for children’s development and learning, and guide the design and implementation of curriculum, assessment and instructional practices with young children. We ensure attentive care and the right tools to aid your child to be their best authentic self.
Meals & Snacks
Your child will be provided nutritional meals and snacks. All food allergies will be catered to, which ensures the health and safety of your child.
Children will enjoy the variety of foods that encourage healthy eating habits. A prepackaged breakfast and lunch will be provided. Lunch is to be packed and brought into the day care center each day.
